Image Usage License ( non-exclusive )

1. Purpose of the license
Non-exclusive license for the use of the acquired images, in accordance with the conditions defined in this agreement. This license allows the use of the images for personal projects.

2. Acquisition conditions
This license is valid only for images acquired in accordance with the purchase terms defined by CONCEPT-PRODUCTION and for which full payment has been made.

3. Scope of rights
Subject to compliance with the acquisition conditions, the Buyer is authorized to:

1. Use the images in their visual, audiovisual and digital creations;
2. Modify, crop or adapt the images for the needs of their projects;
3. Distribute the images as part of their personal productions.

4. Restrictions
The Buyer is strictly prohibited from:

1. Reselling, redistributing, renting or transferring the images, in whole or in part, to a third party;
2. Using the images in a commercial, defamatory, obscene, illegal context or one contrary to public morality;
3. Exploiting the images outside the projects for which they were acquired, or in violation of intellectual property laws, authorship remaining the property of their creator.

5. License duration
This license is granted for a limited period, except in the event of a violation of the conditions set out above, resulting in the automatic termination of the license and the prohibition of image use.
