You have the possibility to purchase items or services online and retrieve them instantly, either directly or through a digital delivery service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or our customized storage server.

Exceptionally, some services may be shipped directly to your home. This is notably the case for our image banks if you order the external hard drive version.

Express delivery is free for certain orders. We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure that your order reaches you on time. On the Secure Checkout page, you will see the description of your item, its price and its basic delivery time. Where applicable, you can also choose an Express delivery method for each item in your order, for an additional fee.

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you have selected, the availability of your items and the time at which you place your order.

Free delivery

Free one-day download delivery is available for downloadable items. You can check in your cart whether your item is available for download. However, please note that download delivery does not apply to customized or engraved products, or to certain types of orders, including those paid by financing or bank transfer.

To benefit from free download delivery for certain specific services, such as direct online access through a secure server for immediate downloadable orders, please place your order before 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. For example, if you order your items before 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, we will deliver them within the hour.
